We produce high quality and precision turned parts in steel, special steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium and other alloys according to our customer drawings. ur production department is equipped with last generation multispindles automatic lathes (6 and 8 spindles also with spindle stopper) GILDEMEISTER and MORI SAY, with a workable diameter from Ø 4mm to Ø 52mm, all equipped with PIETRO CUCCHI automatic bar loaders.
PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
All our machines are linked online with a central server that throughout a dedicated software allow us to perform from the production line Statistical Process Control (SPC) and to monitor in real time all our production. We also have a department dedicated to second operations and assembly and an inspection department equipped with high definition cameras equipped machines that allow a 100% post production control on our products. Everything to better serve our customers. All of ours machine are equipped with Pietro Cucchi bar loaders.
